I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with clean and well-maintained areas. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

No proper fix for the bathroom leak after multiple requests. Fridge size wasn't adequate to fit larger bottles in.

it was a lovely hotel, the location was excellant and the rooms were ok. the only problems were that we had a leak in the bathroom from the shower and although we asked 3 times for it to be fixed, someone came but they didnt fix it properly and the shower leaked everytime one of us had a shower and wet the floor. we gave up asking in the end!!!! and the other problem was that the fridges in the rooms were much two small. you couldnt fit large bottles of water in the fridge and as it was so hot you couldnt fit a lot in the fridge

The hotel had a great location, close to the port and easily accessible. We also enjoyed the fact that the rooms were decent and comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely view from our room, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. It was a pleasure waking up to such a picturesque sight.

There were several downsides to our stay. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par.

The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, complete with air conditioning, a balcony, and an in-room safe. The television and telephone were also great amenities to have. Additionally, the dining options at this hotel were top-notch, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.

Despite these positive aspects, there were a few minor downsides to our stay. we experienced a leak in the bathroom from the shower.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the port. the rooms are nice, although they could be cleaner. One guest mentioned a leak in the bathroom, which unfortunately was not properly fixed despite multiple requests. the fridges in the rooms are small and cannot fit large bottles of water. the hotel does have some facilities such as a swimming pool and Roman baths underneath, adding historical charm to the overall experience.

Some areas of the hotel are in need of refreshing and updating.

The hotel had a decent location with easy access to the city center. the breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. there was a pool available which was nice to cool off in during the hot weather.

The hotel was quite outdated and in need of a refurbishment. the rooms were not very clean and had a musty smell.
